TKO Painting isn’t just another line on a list of painters—we’re a small, skilled business with a big heart and even bigger standards. Founded in Northeast Ohio, we set out to do one thing: raise the bar on what quality painting and wall finishes should look like.
After working for a handful of years in the trades, we saw the same issue pop up over and over again: rushed jobs, lazy prep work, and a lack of pride in the final result. We knew homeowners and business owners deserved better—so we decided to be the ones to deliver it.

Hi, I’m Mason Furbay, the founder, operator, and craftsman behind TKO Painting LLC. I started this business not because I had a dream of running a company—but because I was tired of working for people who didn't respect the craft, didn’t respect clients, and didn’t respect the people doing the work. I knew I could do better—not just for myself, but for the homeowners and businesses who deserve real professionalism and real care.
Now, I’m proud to say that every job TKO takes on is handled directly by me—from the first estimate to the final brushstroke. There’s no mystery middleman, no undertrained crews, and no shortcuts. If my name is on it, it’s done right.
I bring years of hands-on experience in painting, drywall, and NOW—Venetian plaster. I take the same pride in a simple wall repair as I do in an elegant, polished fine marmorino. My work is clean, honest, and detailed because that’s the only way I'd want someone to treat my home.
This is still a one-man operation, but the goal is growth—with the same values at the center: respect, craftsmanship, and doing right by people. Those are the standards I hold myself to every day.
